On-site, simple, clean rooms just steps from the hall—no commute between hotel and venue. Focus on gaming and hanging out together. Bring your own bedding if noted by the venue, or opt into the linen add‑on if available.

Built for more hangout time in a unique lakeside setting. Friday cookout and chill; two‑hour rounds (three Saturday, two Sunday); awards wrap early Sunday afternoon. *Subject to change as we get closer to the date*
