Exact times may shift slightly. Friday evening is a cookout and hangout. Two‑hour rounds: three on Saturday, two on Sunday; awards wrap early Sunday afternoon.

Day 1 — Friday

  • 4:00 PM — Arrival & Check‑in
  • 6:00 PM — Cookout
  • Evening — Hangout: Open tables / Hobby

Day 2 — Saturday

  • 8:00 AM — Breakfast
  • 9:00 AM — Round 1 (2h)
  • 11:00 AM — Break
  • 11:30 AM — Round 2 (2h)
  • 1:30 PM — Lunch
  • 2:30 PM — Round 3 (2h)
  • 6:00 PM — Dinner
